Your organ is a major purchase you'll want to protect for years to come. You can do just that with GeneCo’s Organ Protection Policy (GOPP) and scheduled visits to a local GeneCo office for routine maintenance medical examinations.

GeneCo Organ Protection Policy contracts
The only way to ensure that your organs have been endorsed by GeneCo as tested against Neural Overstimulation Syndrome (NOS) and guaranteed to be harvested and grown in a smoke-free and sun-shielded environment. GeneCo’s Organ Protection Policy protects our patients against unexpected organ failure and ensure you live a long life, as long as you continue to make regular monthly payments and stop by your local GeneCo office for all prescribed examinations.

90-day grace period
We at GeneCo understand that our patients sometimes need to deal with a financial hardship. For this reason, GeneCo offers a 90-day grace period for established customers to settle any accrued debts. GeneCo does reserve the right to recover any GeneCo organs after a patient goes into default and may resort to involuntary repossession*.

Whether your transplanted organ is new or used, purchased or leased, the GeneCo Organ Protection Policy and routine maintenance medical examinations protect your investment.

Product Satisfaction
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase from GeneCo, simply return the product and we will refund you 100% of its value, including the shipping cost. Even if the package has been opened, don't worry! Return the opened package and we will refund you 50% of its value.

Simply contact your local GeneCo office within 15 days of receiving your package and tell us why you are not fully satisfied with your purchase. If we are unable to make it right, we will be happy to explain how to return the package to us.

Remember, we will cover the cost of shipping the package back to us. Once we have received the package back in our possession we will credit your account the total cost of shipping.

Lowest Price Guaranteed

GeneCo guarantees you the lowest price on all of your organ needs. If you find quality organs cheaper at any other reputable establishment, we will price match with them. GeneCo will meet the prices of any government registered laboratory that manufactures human replacement organs. If you are unsure if a competing laboratory is government registered, please contact your local GeneCo office and one of our Genterns® will be happy to help you.

*- GeneCo allows no exceptions to the 90-day grace period, for any organ loans that go beyond the ninety day grace period, a Genetic Repo Man will be dispatched to collect any and all GeneCo organs and all organs will revert back to GeneCo as rightful owner. In an effort to save our paying customers from paying higher premiums, organ repossessions may take place without anesthetic.
